Dinner alfresco. Outdoor couch is been awesome for our little Juni. Most nights iris is overtired and very hard to get off to bed, attempting to slowly move out of room.

We arrived early (before 10am) at scorching bay and it was stunningly quiet and still. We caught up with Iris's best friend Olive (not her sister) and Emma, Paul & Henry for a swim and ice cream. The wind was warm. So it was good when the sun disappeared behind the clouds.

7 months today. In our pjs! And couldn't find the right card! Loving food, hangs on her tummy, interested in everything, thinks her sisters are hilarious, enjoying baths now we can sit (kind of), cut 4 teeth on the top, 2-3naps. Juni is quick to smile or laugh and generally a very cherry little berry.

Nan day! The girls and Nan met Grandad for lunch on the waterfront. While mummy and Juni hung at home, mostly picking stuff out of her basket sitting! I even managed to sew a skirt with fabric I bought two years ago! New Years resolution : sew more skirts!

I did the Mt Holdsworth Loop run for the second time (Andy came too!). Great run, followed by food and a swim in the river. Managed 18th place with a 3:08 time - 8 minutes quicker than last year.

A cracker of a day. It reached 35 degrees in our deck. We hit Khandallah pool (so warm even Juni got in) and then oriental bay for a dinner & dip. It's meant to reach a low of 19 tonight!
