Grandad was favourite and best for story books after dinner and Olive wanted grandad to put her to bed. Very special. (Daddy doesn't get a look in these days) Daddy was told not to sit down but to go and do the dishes. The next day was the school fair where we got the coloured balls of doom!

We have been enjoying online shopping but the last time we made it in store Iriee has moved up to the big trolley seat, right next to big sis. They are really enjoying each other now. Olive has a new car seat and Iriee has at moved out of the capsule. They can now see each other with lots of giggling in the back seat too.

Olive has started to show interest in letters and words while we are reading books and wants to copy our letter shapes. Her drawings of people have started to have round hands and eyes and lots of hair and we love drawing with two pens at a time. The sun has made a few appearances too.

The second was Rosie as a orange butterfly in a black cocoon with a green swan. Third was Rosie flying with her big orange wings and legs. Just magic.

We were able to enjoy a lovely night out to celebrate 4 years of mawidge. We were able to catch the last light show showing at the new Anazac memorial too. The kids didn't wake for Granny - it's awesome to have our evenings back!

A nice catch up (and a damn strong beer) with the Foo's and McMillans. We stayed out till 6pm! Our latest night for ages. Olive was very excited to be out after dark.
